Many couples dream of a wedding in a beautiful fairytale castle. And the 14th-century Bottmingen Castle – near Basel in Switzerland – is just that.
The romantic castle, complete with a moat and home to the renowned Restaurant Schloss Bottmingen, was the stunning location for the October 2019 wedding of YiLin and Samuel.
YiLin and Samuel met through a social media platform and soon realised they had a strong emotional connection and many similar personal values. The pair love talking about their dreams together and how they want to achieve them together.
The couple had two weddings – a ‘simple and cosy traditional event’ in Singapore for family members to come together and celebrate their union.
They chose to have their second wedding in Samuel’s hometown of Basel and we were delighted to be chosen as their videographer.
